AECI Food & Beverage Solutions

AECI offers a range of fruit-juice compounds, fruit juice concentrates, concentrated fruit-juice blends and beverage emulsions. All are delivered to the exact specifications of each client who then reconstitutes and blends the product to achieve the final ready-to-drink juice beverage. We also offer clients preserved, aseptic and frozen product options

Fruit-Juice Squashes

Squashes form an important part of the fruit-juice offering available to consumers in Southern Africa and beyond. Squashes contain a minimum of 24% real fruit juice and are sold to consumers in an undiluted form. Being heat-treated during production, these convenience products can be stored at ambient temperatures both in retail stores and at home.

Carbonated Soft Drinks

Ever popular carbonated soft drinks provide the manufacturer with an abundance of options in producing innovative and refreshing taste experiences. Some carbonated soft drinks contain a percentage of fruit juice, others don’t. Instead, beverage emulsions and flavourings are used to create the desired taste profile.

100% Concentrated Fruit-Juice Blends

These blends, supplied in concentrated form, are unsweetened and contain all the wholesomeness of the natural fruit. In terms of South African food legislation, 100% juice may contain no added sugar and only certain permitted additives. These blends can be tailored to conform to the legislation of any export country.

Fruit-Juice Drinks

This rapidly developing category in terms of which some real fruit juice is added to an already well-known drink has proved especially popular with consumers who value health and wellness. Such drinks can be custom-made from a wide range of fruit juices to achieve the required colour and flavour. These can either be a compound or concentrated juice blend.

Fruit-Juice Nectar Blends

This category comprises a vibrant collection of nectars which contains either single fruit or fruit combinations ranging from the highly popular mango and orange to more novel flavours such as litchi and lemon. Nectar blends contain either added sugar or natural and non-nutritive sweeteners in addition to others.

Dairy Juice Blends

Fruit juice is often added to dairy drinks to enhance their health and taste appeal. The percentage of fruit juice added can vary greatly, depending on the taste profile required. The fruit juice is provided either as a juice compound or concentrated juice blend.
